摘　　要：“心主火”论在当今临床辨证诊断过程中一直处于非常重要的地位,《黄帝内经》中早已借助心藏象,通过“象的流动与转化”全方位拓展,发挥“火曰炎上”的核心意蕴。然而,《中医基础理论》心藏象学说在剪辑和编撰过程中,却遗落“心主火”及其相关内容,造成了心藏象基础理论的缺失。不同版本《中医基础理论》均采取相同做法,全面忽略与迁就了《中医基础理论》的这一重大缺陷。中医学发展到今天,充实《中医基础理论》心藏象“心主火”及其相关论述,恢复和保持传统中医基础理论的系统性和完整性,以及指导临床的针对性,显得格外重要。因而在充分论证基础上,将《黄帝内经》心藏象“心主火”理论尽快纳入新版《中医基础理论》之中,已经成为当务之急。The theory of“heart governing fire”now plays a very important role in the process of clinical syndrome differentiation and diagnosis.Inner Canon of Huangdi has already utilized the heart visceral manifestation to expand comprehensively through the“flow and transformation of manifestation”and to play the core meaning of“fire characterized by flaring up”.However,during the editing and compilation process of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the theory of heart governing fire and its related content were lost,resulting in the lack of the basic theory of heart visceral manifestation.Different versions of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine adopt the same approach,completely ignoring and accommodating this major flaw of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.With the development of traditional Chinese medicine to this day,it is particularly important to enrich“heart governing fire”and its related discussions in Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,restore and maintain the systematic and complete nature of traditional Chinese medicine basic theory,and guide the clinical practice accordingly.Therefore,on the basis of full argument,it has become an urgent task to incorporate the theory of“heart governing fire”in Inner Canon of Huangdi as soon as possible into the new version of Basic Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
