摘  要:青年教师是高校教学科研工作的中坚力量,其教学科研能力的提升对于高校“双一流”建设至关重要。文章分析了“双一流”背景下高校青年教师教学科研能力提升存在的问题,并从完善政策与制度保障、建设培训与指导体系、加强课题支撑与资源保障、构建学术交流与合作的机制等方面提出相应策略,以期为高校培养更多优秀人才、提升教育教学水平提供重要支撑和保障。Young teachers are the backbone of teaching and research work in universities,and the improvement of their teaching and research abilities is crucial for the construction of"Double First Class"universities.The article analyzes the problems in improving the teaching and research abilities of young teachers in universities under the background of"Double First Class",and proposes corresponding strategies from the aspects of improving policy and institutional guarantees,building training and guidance systems,strengthening project support and resource guarantees,and constructing mechanisms for academic exchange and cooperation,in order to provide important support and guarantee for universities to cultivate more outstanding talents and improve the level of education and teaching.
