摘　　要：立德树人作为医学教育的根本任务,对于提升研究生的医德素养和综合能力具有重要意义。然而,当前中医药研究生德育工作面临着诸多挑战和困境,如医德意识淡薄、德育体制不完善以及德育内容缺乏针对性。文章从立德树人视角出发,深入分析当前中医药研究生德育工作的现实困境,并提出针对性的策略,以期提升研究生德育工作的实效性,为培养具有高尚医德和精湛医术的新时代医学人才提供有力支撑。As the fundamental task of medical education,strengthening moral education and cultivating talents is of great significance for enhancing the medical ethics and comprehensive abilities of graduate students.However,the current moral education work for graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine is facing many challenges and difficulties,such as weak awareness of medical ethics,incomplete moral education system,and lack of targeted moral education content.Starting from the perspective of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents,this article deeply analyzes the current practical difficulties in the moral education work of traditional Chinese medicine graduate students,and proposes targeted strategies to enhance the effectiveness of moral education work for graduate students,providing strong support for cultivating new era medical talents with noble medical ethics and exquisite medical skills.
