福建省高职院校国际化发展的现实之困与破解之道

摘　　要：高职院校推动国际化发展是助力教育强国建设、服务区域经济及职业教育高质量发展的关键举措,势在必行。通过对江苏、山东、浙江、福建4省高职院校国际化办学现状分析,福建省高职院校国际化发展存在国际化办学能力、办学活力、办学动力不足等问题。提升国际化发展的战略认识、理论认识、规律认识,加强国际化发展顶层设计,构建具有地方特色的国际化发展政策体系,深耕“职教出海”区域品牌,是破除福建省高职院校国际化发展制约瓶颈的可行之策。Promoting international development in higher vocational colleges is a key measure to assist in the construction of a strong education country,serve regional economy,and ensure high-quality development of vocational education.It is imperative.Through the analysis of the current situation of international education in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu,Shandong,Zhejiang,and Fujian provinces,it is found that there are problems with the international development of higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province,such as insufficient international education capacity,vitality,and motivation.Enhancing strategic,theoretical,and regulatory awareness of international development,strengthening top-level design for international development,constructing a policy system for international development with local characteristics,and deepening the regional brand of“vocational education going global”are feasible strategies to break through the bottleneck of international development constraints in higher vocational colleges in Fujian Province.
