高职院校发挥社会服务功能的现实困境及实践路径--以安徽机电职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：社会服务是增强职业教育适应性的应然之义,也是高职院校实现高质量发展的必然选择。通过聚焦职业院校开展社会服务内驱动力不足、供给能力不强、辐射影响不广等突出问题,运用案例分析法,剖析安徽机电职业技术学院社会服务模式,为高职院校如何开展社会服务提供一个范例,并据此提出高职院校应努力实现三个转变:服务主体从“一元治理”向“多元参与”转变;内容设计从“单一形态”向“多元形态”转变;行动执行从“单体单干”向“多方共建”转变。Social service is the inherent duty to enhance the adaptability of vocational education and an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges to achieve high-quality development.This article focuses on prominent issues such as insufficient internal driving force,weak supply capacity,and limited radiation impact of vocational colleges in providing social services.Using the case analysis method to analyze the social service model of Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering,which provides an example of how higher vocational colleges can carry out social services.Based on this,it is proposed that higher vocational colleges should strive to achieve three transformations:from“unitary governance”to“pluralistic participation”in service subjects;from“singular form”to“multiple forms”in content design;and from“individual operation”to“collaborative construction”in action implementation.
