摘 要:目的研究和分析问题导向型(PBL)教学模式联合构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)教学模式对影像科阅片效率及学生学习主动性的影响。方法选择80名影像学专业大学本科学生,均于2022年1月至2023年11月在我院影像科接受规范化实习培训,根据单双数法进行分组,单数分到观察组(40名),双数分到对照组(40名)。对照组应用传统教学模式,观察组应用PBL教学模式联合CDIO教学模式。教学4个月后,对两组理论考试成绩、阅片效率评分、学生学习主动率、学生批判性思维进行观察和对比。结果观察组理论考试成绩更好(P<0.05)。教学4个月后,观察组阅片效率评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组学习主动率高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学后观察组寻找真相、分析能力、开放思想、求知欲、系统能力、批判性信心、认知成熟性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL教学模式联合CDIO教学模式可提高影像科理论考试成绩,使得学生的阅片效率更高、学习更主动。Objective This paper studies and analyzes the influence of Problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode combined conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)teaching mode onfilm reading efficiency and students'learning initiative.Methods A total of 80 undergraduate students majoring in imaging were selected to receive standardized practice training in the imaging Department of our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023.They were grouped according to the odd-even number method,and were divided into the observation group(40 participants)and the control group(40 participants).The control group applied traditional teaching mode,and the observation group applied PBL teaching mode combined with CDIO teaching mode.After 4 months of teaching,the theoretical test scores,film reading efficiency scores,students'learning initiative rate and students'critical thinking were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Observation group had better theoretical test scores(P<0.05).After 4 months of teaching,the film reading efficiency score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The active learning rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of truth seeking,analytical ability,open mind,intellectual curiosity,systematic ability,critical confidence and cognitive maturity in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL teaching mode combined with CDIO teaching mode can significantly improve the scores of imaging theory examination,making students more efficient infilm reading and more active in learning.
