摘 要:职普融通背景下,理清中职生自主学习动机对心智游移的影响,以及执行功能与毅力的作用机制,有利于提升中职学校人才培养质量。通过对江苏省4所中等职业学校729名中职生进行问卷调查,结果表明:中职生自主学习动机对心智游移有显著负向预测作用;中职生自主学习动机会通过三条路径间接影响心智游移,分别是执行功能的单独中介作用和毅力的单独中介作用,以及执行功能-毅力的链式中介作用。在此基础上提出三点建议:一是深化职普融通教育理念,改变重普轻职的观念,提升中职生自信心和自主学习动机;二是完善职普融通课程体系,丰富学习任务类型与任务形式,提高中职生执行功能水平;三是重视生涯教育,加强毅力教育,优化中职生毅力品质。In the context of vocational and general education integration,investigating the impact of autonomous learning motivation on mind wandering,executive function and perseverance among secondary vocational students can enhance the quality of talent training in secondary vocational schools.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 729 secondary vocational students from four schools in Jiangsu Province.The results indicate that:Firstly,the motivation for self-directed learning among secondary vocational students has a significant negative predictive effect on mind wandering.Additionally,the self-directed learning motivation of these students can indirectly impact mind wandering through three paths:the single mediating effect of executive function,the single mediating effect of perseverance,and the chain mediating effect of executive function and perseverance.Based on this,three suggestions are proposed:To enhance the concept of vocational and general education integration,shift the emphasis from general education to vocational education,and boost the self-confidence and motivation for autonomous learning of secondary vocational students;to enhance the curriculum system of vocational and general education integration,diversify the types and forms of learning tasks,and improve the level of executive function of secondary vocational students;to emphasize career education,strengthen perseverance education,and optimize the quality of perseverance of secondary vocational students.
