抗逆力视角下继续教育助力农户防返贫研究

摘　　要：乡村振兴阶段,贫困治理的焦点逐步从外部帮扶转移到关注自我发展,如何防止返贫成为巩固脱贫攻坚成果的关键。通过脱贫农户案例分析,对脱贫农户抗逆力过程进行动态解读,发现返贫风险形成的压力源是激发抗逆力起点。继续教育通过农业技术人才培养、精准培训、阻断代际贫困等具体措施创造脱贫农户抗逆力保护因素,并促进思维、认识、精神及关系构建,持续提升脱贫农户抗逆力。面对返贫风险,继续教育要转换贫困治理视角、强化保护因素、持续巩固脱贫成果,提升脱贫农户抗逆力水平,增强其可持续发展能力以防止返贫,彻底摆脱贫困。At the rural revitalization stage,the focus of poverty governance has gradually shifted from external assistance to attention to self-development,making the prevention of relapse into poverty a key factor in consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation.Through the case analysis of poverty-stricken farmers,this paper makes a dynamic interpretation of the process of poverty-stricken farmers'resilience.The stressor of the formation of the risk of returning to poverty is the starting point of stimulating resilience.Continuing education creates protective factors in favor of resilience enhancement for farmers who have escaped poverty through specific measures such as training of agricultural technicians,precision training,and blocking intergenerational poverty.Continuing education promotes thinking,knowing,spirituality,and relationship building to sustainably improve the resilience of farmers out of poverty.In the face of the risk of returning to poverty,continuing education should change the perspective of poverty management,strengthen protective factors,and continuously consolidate the results of poverty eradication.This approach aims to improve the resilience levels of poverty-stricken farmers,enhance their sustainable development capabilities,prevent relapse into poverty,and ultimately eliminate poverty completely.Only in this way can we continuously improve the level of resilience of poverty-stricken farmers,enhance the ability of sustainable development,prevent the problem of returning to poverty,and completely get rid of poverty.
