摘 要:随着我国对食品安全问题的高度重视,校园食品安全问题受到社会的广泛关注。学校食堂是学生主要的就餐场所,其食品安全管理工作不仅影响学生的身体健康成长,还关系到学校和社会的稳定发展。因此,学校应当在贯彻落实国家相关政策法规、规章制度和标准的基础上,进一步加强食堂食品安全管理工作,严格落实各项工作要求,不断提高食堂食品安全管理水平。本文分析中学食堂食品安全管理存在的主要问题,并提出提高中学食堂食品安全管理的有效对策,以期为提高学校食堂食品安全管理水平提供有益参考和借鉴,切实保障师生的身体健康。With the high emphasis on food safety in China,the problem of campus food safety has been widely paid attention to by society.School canteen is the main place for students to eat,and its food safety management not only affects the healthy growth of students,but also relates to the stable development of school and society.Therefore,the school should further strengthen the canteen food safety management on the basis of implementing the relevant national policies,regulations,rules and standards,strictly implement the work requirements,and constantly improve the canteen food safety management level.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the food safety management of middle school canteens,and puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the food safety management of middle school canteens,in order to provide useful reference for improving the level of food safety management of school canteens,and effectively protect the health of teachers and students.
