摘  要:文章探讨了基于职业胜任力的课程开发和教学设计,以实现无人驾驶航空器系统工程专业课程能力建设的目标。在国内无人机岗位需求调研的基础上,构建了无人机专业人才职业胜任力模型;基于胜任力,提出从能力到课程“双线”培养的课程开发反向设计,实现知识传授与能力培养的双轨培养。该方案已于2020年全面实施,结果表明,基于胜任力的方法是有效的、可持续的,并且可以定制以解决快速发展的无人机专业中对人员职业能力的需求,对其他工科专业基于胜任力的人才培养具有一定的借鉴作用。The article explores the development and instructional design of courses based on professional competence,in order to achieve the goal of capacity building for unmanned aerial vehicle system engineering courses.Based on the research on the demand for drone positions in China,a professional competency model for drone professionals has been constructed;Based on competency,propose a reverse design for curriculum development that focuses on the dual track cultivation of abilities and courses,achieving a dual track cultivation of knowledge transmission and ability development.The program has been fully implemented in 2020,and the results show that the competency based approach is effective,sustainable,and can be customized to meet the demand for personnel professional competence in the rapidly developing unmanned aerial vehicle profession.It has a certain reference value for competency based talent cultivation in other engineering majors.
