摘 要:积极心理资本是一种综合性、整体化的心理力量,主要关注个人积极情绪的体验、个体积极人格的培育、集体积极情景与氛围的创设,将其融入高校思政课教学,激发大学生学习思政课的心理动力,促进大学生发展与成长,可使大学生与思政课产生共鸣。从教学任务、育人成效、教学实践三个层面将积极心理资本融入高校思政课具有现实可行性,积极心理资本融入高校思政课教学的实践路径,可以从心理资本开发、遵循学生成长规律、课程系统整合、文化濡染体验等方面提升思政课育人效果。Positive psychological capital is a comprehensive and holistic psychological force that mainly focuses on the experience of individual positive emotions,the cultivation of individual positive personalities,and the creation of collective positive situations and atmospheres.Integrating it into the teaching of ideological and political courses in universities can stimulate the psychological motivation of college students to learn ideological and political courses,promote their development and growth,and resonate with them.It is feasible to integrate positive psychological capital into ideological and political courses in universities from three aspects:teaching tasks,educational effectiveness and teaching practice.The practical path of integrating positive psychological capital into ideological and political courses in universities can improve the educational effect of ideological and political courses from the aspects of psychological capital development,following the laws of student growth,curriculum system integration,and integrating cultural influence experience into the curriculum system.
