基于学情分析的在线教学设计与实践——以“医药市场营销学”课程为例

摘  要:常态化在线教育正逐渐向高质量方向转变,在线教学模式逐渐与具体课程相结合,但已有研究大多忽视了具体课程的学情基础。在线教学应秉承以学生为中心的教学理念,在学情分析的基础上对课程进行统筹设计。以学情分析为基础,对“医药市场营销学”课程进行差异化的教学设计,自建“中医药+思政+管理”在线课程资源,采用“六有课堂”在线教学模式,提升在线教学质量。通过对在校生进行在线教育质量的IPA问卷调查,结果显示,“医药市场营销学”课程在线教学实施效果较好。The normal online education is gradually changing to the direction of high quality,and the online teaching model is gradually combined with specific courses.Most of the existing studies have ignored the learning basis of specific courses.Online teaching should adhere to the student-centered teaching concept and carry out the overall design of the course based on the analysis of learning situation.Based on the analysis of learning situation,this paper makes a differentiated teaching design for the course of“Pharmaceutical Marketing”,builds online course resources of“Traditional Chinese medicine+Ideology and politics+management”by itself,and adopts the online teaching mode of“six-dimensional classroom”to improve the quality of online teaching.The IPA questionnaire survey on the quality of online education shows that the implementation of online teaching of this course gets good results.
