职业教育助推新质生产力培育的框架与路径研究

摘　　要：由技术革命性突破、生产要素创新配置和产业深度转型升级催生的新质生产力,旨在用新技术提升传统产业,积极促进产业高端化、智能化、绿色化,具有高科技、高效能和高质量的鲜明特征,是实现中国式现代化的重要引擎。现代职业教育体系建设改革的重点任务与发展新质生产力高度契合。现代职业教育体系建设改革为助推新质生产力发展提出实践指引。职业教育助推新质生产力培育应从主体协同、技术创新、持续发展和开放共享四个维度进行系统框架设计。通过加快推动新质人才培养、产教深度融合、体制机制创新和“职教出海”实践等方式,不断深化现代职教体系改革,构建新型合作关系和发展模式,以高质量职业教育助推新质生产力发展。The new quality productive forces,which is driven by revolutionary breakthrough of technology,innovative allocation of production factors,and depth transformation and upgrading of the industry,aims to transform and upgrade traditional industry with new technologies,actively promote high-end,intelligent and green industry.It has the distinctive characteristics of high technology,high efficiency and high quality,and it is an important engine to achieve Chinese path to modernization.The key tasks of construction and reform of modern vocational education system are highly compatible with the development of new quality productive forces.The reform of modern vocational education system construction provides practical guidance for promoting the development of new quality productive forces.The system framework design for vocational education to promote the cultivation of new quality productive forces should be based on four dimensions:subject collaboration,technological innovation,sustainable development and open sharing.By accelerating the talents cultivation of new quality productive forces,the deep integration between industry and education,institutional and mechanism innovation,and the development of going to sea of vocational education,continuously deepen the reform of modern vocational education system construction,build new cooperative relationships and development models,and promote the development of new quality productive forces with high-quality vocational education.
