摘 要:新质生产力为推动我国产业高质量发展和高层次技能人才培养提供了科学指引。在新质生产力视域下,职业教育产教融合应着重培养新质技能人才,积极构建行业产教融合共同体和市域产教联合体等新型组织形态,借助集成化的产教融合数字平台,实现各方价值共创,促进产教深度融合,推动产业新质跃升。在推进实施过程中,应确立产业导向,凸显企业地位;落实政策供给,厘清权责边界;打造集成平台,降低交易成本;优化治理机制,化解集体行动困境。New quality productive forces provides scientific guidance for promoting high-quality development of industry and cultivating high-level skilled talents in China.In the perspective of new quality productive forces,the integration between industry and education in vocational education should focus on cultivating new quality skilled talents,build new organizational forms such as industry community of integration between industry and education,municipal industry education consortium,and achieve value co-creation among all parties with the help of digital platform for integration between industry and education,so as to promote the deep integration between industry and education,and the leap of new industry quality.During the implementation process,industry orientation should be established to highlight the status of enterprises;Implement policy and clarify the boundaries of rights and responsibilities;Build an integrated platform to reduce transaction costs;Optimize governance mechanisms and resolve collective action dilemmas.
