摘 要:为促进技术创新和人才培养能力的双重提升,高职院校开始了跨专业组织构建的组织革新探索。高职院校跨专业组织构建是高职院校响应经济社会发展重大问题关切,顺应知识生产模式转型发展,提升高职院校创新能力发展的必然选择。当前,由于职业教育领域一直存在的产教融合不深、科教融汇不畅及高职院校内部治理不完善等问题,高职院校跨专业组织发展面临一定的困境。为此,高职院校需要精准目标定位,协同产教研多元主体,形成稳定的跨专业合作机制;优化内部治理,化解条块化制度束缚,营造良性的跨专业文化氛围;个人成长赋能,提升教师跨学科教研能力,促成跨专业合作成果落地。In order to promote the dual improvement of technological innovation and talents cultivation capabilities,higher vocational colleges have begun to explore organizational innovation in interdisciplinary organization construction.The construction of interdisciplinary organizations in higher vocational colleges is an inevitable choice for higher vocational colleges to respond to major issues of economic and social development,adapt to the transformation and development of knowledge production models and enhance the development of innovative capabilities.At present,due to the problems in the field of vocational education,such as the superficial integration between industry and education,unsmooth integration between science and education,and imperfect internal governance in higher vocational education,there are certain difficulties in the development of interdisciplinary organizations in higher vocational colleges.In order to promote the efficient operation of interdisciplinary organizations,higher vocational colleges need to accurately target positioning,collaborate with multiple subjects of industry,education and research,and form a stable interdisciplinary cooperation mechanism;Optimize internal governance,resolve the constraints of fragmented systems,and create a positive interdisciplinary cultural atmosphere;Empowering personal growth,enhancing teachers'interdisciplinary teaching and research abilities,and promoting the implementation of interdisciplinary cooperation results.
