摘　　要：为了推进乡村振兴战略,必须高度重视农村社区教育。农村社区教育作为实施乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,直接影响着农村居民的生活质量和我国人口的综合素质,其不仅能提高农民的科学文化素质,还能推动基层治理现代化,促进农村经济社会可持续发展。然而,大部分农村地区的社区教育现状不尽如人意,主要表现在农村居民认知不足、师资力量有限、教育内容供需不匹配以及评价体系不科学等方面。为此,应加强统筹协调,提升农村居民的认知程度和内在需求,构建和优化师资队伍,确保教育资源均衡分配,立足农村实际,开发特色课程,满足农村居民需求,创新多元评价方式,推动社区教育变革与发展,为乡村振兴注入新动能。To advance the rural revitalization strategy,we must attach great importance to rural community education.As an important part of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,rural community education directly affects the quality of life of rural residents and the comprehensive quality of our population.It not only improves the scientific and cultural quality of farmers,but also promotes the modernization of grassroots governance and fosters the sustainable development of the rural economy and society.However,the current state of community education in most rural areas is unsatisfactory,primarily due to rural residents'lack of awareness,limited teaching staff,the mismatch between the supply and demand of educational con-tent,and an unscientific evaluation system.Therefore,we should strengthen overall planning and coordination,enhance the cognitive drive and need of rural residents,build and optimize the teaching workforce,and ensure the balanced distribution of educational resources.Moreover,we should tailor courses to rural realities,meet the needs of rural residents,innovate di-verse evaluation methods,and promote the reform and development of community education to inject new momentum into ru-ral revitalization.
