劳动教育融入高校党团组织建设路径探析

摘　　要：随着社会主义现代化建设的不断推进,劳动教育在高校学生党团组织建设中的作用日益凸显。作为培养学生全面发展的重要组成部分,劳动教育融入高校党团组织成为新时代高校党团组织建设的重要组成部分。通过对高校学生党团组织建设现状的概述,总结现有成果并指出优化空间,在此基础上探讨劳动教育融入高校党团组织建设的可行性、创新价值与实践路径。基于建构主义理论,通过情景化学习设计、认知学徒制模式、创新劳动实践活动、建立反馈循环机制以及深化劳动教育思政元素挖掘,可以从劳动教育维度显著提高高校党团组织建设成效。As the socialist modernization continues to progress,the role of labor education in the construction of party and league organizations within higher education institutions has become increasingly prominent.As a vital component in fostering the comprehensive development of students,the integration of labor education into party and league organizations at the college level has emerged as a crucial aspect of the construction of these organizations in the new era.By providing an overview of the current state of party and league organization construction among college students,summarizing existing achievements,and identifying areas for optimization,this analysis has explored the feasibility,innovative value,and practical pathways for the integration of labor education into the construction of college party and league organizations.Grounded in learning theory of constructivism,through the design of contextualized learning experiences,the implementation of cognitive apprenticeship models,the innovation of labor practice activities,the establishment of a feedback loop mechanism,and the deepening of the exploration of ideological and political elements within labor education,the effectiveness of party and league organization construction in higher education institutions can be significantly enhanced from the perspective of labor education.
