摘 要:目的运用柯氏模型对普洱市人民医院住院医师规范化培训效果进行分析,提出改进方法。方法以柯氏模型为导向,对普洱市人民医院213名规培学员、204名带教老师和32家用人单位进行问卷调查。从反应层、学习层、行为层、成果层四个层面对结果进行分析。结果反应层:学员培训总体满意度较高,不同人口特征间的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。学习层:学员前后执业医师资格模拟考试成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。行为层:学员自评、带教老师、用人单位对其工作能力评价较高。成果层:执业医师资格考试通过率2021年69.50%、2022年81.97%、2023年85.33%。结论住培学员、带教老师及用人单位对培训效果总体较为满意,学员对医院提供的住宿条件满意度较低,对科研能力提升方面的培训满意度为一般。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of standardized training for resident physicians in Pu er Municipal People s Hospital by Kirkpatrick model,and propose the improvement methods.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 213 standardized training trainees,204 instructors in Pu er Municipal People s Hospital and 32 employers,guided by the Krikpatrick model.The results were analyzed from four levels:reaction,learning,behavior,and results.Results In reaction level:The overall satisfaction of the trainees was high,and there were no statistically significant differences in different demographic characteristics(P>0.05).In learning level:The comparison of the pre-and post-training scores of medical practitioner licensing simulation examination,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In behavior level:The self-assessment of the trainees,evaluation of instructors and employers on their working ability were high.In results level:The passing rates of national medical practitioner licensing examination were 69.50%in 2021,81.97%in 2022 and 85.33%in 2023.Conclusions The trainees,instructors and employers were generally satisfied with the training effectiveness.However,the trainees are less satisfied with the accommodation conditions provided by the hospital,and their satisfaction with the training for improving research capabilities is moderate.
