摘  要:教育家精神是打造“大国良师”、推动落实国家“强师计划”的重要精神动力和引领力量。大力弘扬教育家精神,宏观层面上有利于建设教育强国,微观层面上有利于激发教师专业化发展的内在动力。中小学教师可以从四个方面内化践行教育家精神:加强自身师德师风建设,提高立德树人能力;提高自身专业化发展水平,精进教育教学基本功;培养自身创新精神,牵动学生树立求是创新意识;提升数字素养,紧跟教育数字化时代步伐。The spirit of educators is an important spiritual driving force and leading force for building“great teachers”and promoting the implementation of the national“outstanding teacher plan”strategy.Vigorously promoting the spirit of educators is beneficial for building an educational powerhouse at the macro level,while at the micro level,it is an internal driving force for stimulating the professional development of teachers.Primary and secondary school teachers can internalize and practice the spirit of educators from four aspects:strengthening the construction of teacher ethics to foster the morality education,improving professional development level and basic education and teaching skills,enhancing innovative spirit to inspire students to seek truth and innovation,and enhancing the digital literacy to keep up with the pace of the digital era of education.
