新种业态势下涉农高职“产教融合”人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：粮食生产要与社会发展同步,种子在其中发挥着重要作用,只有用自己的手攥紧中国种子,才是保障粮食安全的根基,才能端稳中国人自己的饭碗。产教融合是链接院校和企业的桥梁和纽带,加强产教融合是实现“校企共赢发展”的必要手段,该文通过分析种子产业链结构,调研种业发展现状及未来发展趋势,从拓宽人才需求信息收集途径、改革人才培养模式、创新校企合作方法、提升社会服务能力及增强办学活力5个方面对涉农职业类院校种业人才培养进行阐述,培养出既有知识素养,又具备实践经验的技能型人才,使农业人才更为适应种业市场及国家种业需求,更好地服务地方区域农业经济。Grain production must keep pace with social development,and seeds play an important role in it.Only by grasping Chinese seeds with one's own hands can it be the foundation for ensuring food security and stabilizing the Chinese people's own rice bowl.The integration of industry and education is a bridge and link connecting colleges and enterprises.Strengthening the integration of industry and education is a necessary means to achieve"win-win development between schools and enterprises."By analyzing the structure of the seed industry chain,this paper investigates the development status and future development trends of the seed industry,and expounds the talent cultivation of the seed industry in agriculture-related vocational colleges from five aspects:broadening the collection channels of talent demand information,reforming talent training models,innovating school-enterprise cooperation methods,improving social service capabilities and enhancing the vitality of running schools.Cultivate skilled talents with both knowledge and practical experience,so that agricultural talents can better adapt to the needs of the seed industry market and the national seed industry,and better serve the local regional agricultural economy.
