摘　　要：职业教育高质量人才培养体系助力新质生产力发展路径研究,是教育领域的重要课题。在深入探讨职业教育高质量人才培养体系的核心要素,分析新质生产力的内涵与特征,并阐明两者之间内在联系的基础上,提出构建高质量人才培养体系助力新质生产力发展的具体路径,以期为我国职业教育人才培养和新质生产力发展提供有益的参考和借鉴。The research on path for the high-quality talent cultivation system in vocational education to facilitate the new-form productive force development is not only an important topic in the education field,but also the key to promoting the sustained and healthy development of economy society.On the basis of in-depth exploration of the core elements of the high-quality talent cultivation system in vocational education,analysis of the connotation and characteristics of new-form productive force,and clarification of the intrinsic connection between the two,specific paths for constructing a high-quality talent cultivation system to facilitate the new-form productive force development are proposed,with the expectation of providing beneficial references and inspirations for the talent cultivation in vocational education and the new-form productive force development in China.
