混合式教学在生物化学与分子生物学教学中的研究与实践

摘  要:目的基于线上线下混合式一流课程的建设,将教师线下讲授和学生线上自主学习有机结合,培养学生良好的学习习惯,提高学习效率和课堂教学质量。方法依托超星尔雅平台生物化学与分子生物学在线课程,构建了生物化学与分子生物学混合式教学模式,以山西大同大学医学院临床医学专业2022级本科生320人为研究对象,临床1~4班160人作为实验组进行混合式教学,5~8班160人作为对照组实施传统教学,开展课程教学评价。结果实验组和对照组期末总评成绩(总分100分)得分:实验组为80.5±2.2分,对照组为75.4±2.8分,差异具有统计学意义(P=0.023)。期末卷面成绩得分(总分100分):实验组为77.2±1.8分,对照组为72.2±2.1分,差异显著(P=0.012)。实验报告成绩得分(总分100分):实验组为92.3±1.6分,对照组为88.4±2.4分,有明显差异(P=0.018)。问卷调查结果显示,混合式教学法学生学习主动性(P<0.01)、课堂互动(P<0.01)方面与传统教学相比有明显优势;在学生的学习兴趣(P=0.024)、学习效果(P=0.025)方面比传统教学有明显提升。结论混合式教学很好地激发了学生的学习兴趣,促进了学生自主学习能力的培养,有效提高了课堂教学质量。Objective Based on the construction of online and offline mixed first-class courses,to organically combine teachers’offline teaching with students’online independent learning,to cultivate students’good learning habits and improve learning efficiency and classroom teaching quality.Methods relying on super star,platform of biochemistry and molecular biology online course,build the biochemistry and molecular biology hybrid teaching mode,in school of medicine Shanxi Datong University Clinical Medicine grade 2022 undergraduate students 320 research object,clinical 1~4 class 160 people as experiment group,5~8 class 160 people as a control group implementation of traditional teaching,to carry out the course teaching evaluation.Results Final total score(total score 100 points)of experimental group and control group:80.5±2.2 of experimental group,control group is 75.4±2.8 points,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.023);Final volume score(100):77.2±1.8,the control group was 72.2±2.1,the difference was significant(P=0.012).Performance score of experiment report(100 total):experiment group 92.3±1.6,the control group was 88.4±2.4,there was a significant difference(P=0.018).The questionnaire results show that the mixed teaching method has obvious advantages in learning initiative(P=0)and classroom interaction(P=0)compared with traditional teaching;the students’learning interest(P=0.024)and learning effect(P=0.025).Conclusion Mixed teaching well stimulates students’interest in learning,promotes the cultivation of students’independent learning ability,and effectively improves the quality of classroom teaching.
