摘 要:当前,在高等教育背景下,学生素质的全面发展已成为教育改革的核心议题。跆拳道作为一项集体育、文化、心理等多维素质培养于一体的运动项目,在高校教学中扮演着重要角色。该文基于学生素质全面发展的视角,对高校跆拳道教学的优化路径进行了深入研究。该文先阐析了跆拳道教学中学生全面素质发展的内涵,随后从设定教学目标、调整教材内容比例、深化多元互动模式、应用多元教学方法以及构建学生学习效果评价体系等5个方面,系统探索了高校跆拳道教学的优化策略,旨在促进学生在体质、心理、思想道德、文化科学等多维度上的全面发展,进而提升高校跆拳道教学的整体质量和效果。Under the current background of higher education,the comprehensive development of students'quality has become the core topic of education reform.Taekwondo,as a sports event that integrates the cultivation of multidimensional qualities such as sports,culture and psychology,plays an important role in college teaching.Based on the perspective of comprehensive development of students'quality,this paper conducts in-depth research on the optimization path of college Taekwondo teaching.This paper first analyzes the connotation of students'comprehensive quality development in Taekwondo teaching,and then systematically explores the optimization strategies of college Taekwondo teaching from five aspects:setting teaching objectives,adjusting the proportion of teaching materials,deepening the multi-interaction mode,applying multi-teaching methods and constructing the evaluation system of students'learning effect,aiming at promoting students'comprehensive development in physique,psychology,ideological morality,cultural science and other dimensions,and further improving the overall quality and effect of college Taekwondo teaching.
