摘  要:当前职业教育“三教”改革正处于深化阶段,传统职业教育教学亟需革新,需以科学证据为驱动,围绕教学实践中出现的问题,开展循证教学以提升教师教学质量,促进教师专业成长。通过分析循证教学的概念与内涵,职业教育教学改革的难点与痛点,明晰循证教学理念运用在职业教育教学中的价值与意义。结合循证实践的5A范式,构建了职业教育“5A-2C循证教学框架”,为职业教育教师基于自身教学实践开展教学改革提供了思路与方法,也为职教教师实现证据导向,迭代升级的专业发展提供了路径,助推职业教育“金师资”的打造。The current“Three Education”reform in vocational education is in a deepening stage,and traditional vocational education teaching urgently needs to be reformed.It is necessary to be driven by sci⁃entific evidence,focus on the problems that arise in teaching practice,and carry out evidence-based teach⁃ing to improve the teaching quality of teachers and promote their professional growth.By analyzing the con⁃cept and connotation of evidence-based teaching,as well as the difficulties and pain points of vocational ed⁃ucation teaching reform,the value and significance of the application of evidence-based teaching concepts in vocational education teaching are clarified.Combined with the 5A paradigm of evidence-based practice,the“5A-2C Evidence Based Teaching Framework”for vocational education has been constructed,and it al⁃so has provided ideas and methods for vocational education teachers to carry out teaching reforms based on their own teaching practices.It also provides a path for vocational education teachers to achieve evidencebased and iterative professional development,and promotes the creation of“golden teachers”in vocational education.
