摘 要:加强中小学校长队伍建设,是事关教育质量和教育健康可持续发展的关键因素。1949年以来,我国中小学校长培训经历了发轫奠基、全面发展、专业规范和深化创新四个阶段,并积累了丰富的经验,不断推进校长队伍专业化,构建了纵横交错的教育体系,坚持分类分层培养并形成了多元参与的校长培训格局。进一步推进中小学校长培训的科学化和专业化,还需要夯实理论基础、厘清主体关系、创新培训模式和科学评估培训质量,用科学的理论指导中小学校长培训工作实践。A competent team of principals in primary and secondary schools is crucial for the quality and sustainable development of education.Training for primary and secondary school principals has undergone four stages since 1949:laying the foundation,comprehensive development,standardized pro-fessionalism,and deepening innovation.This process provides valuable experience that continues to advance the professionalization of school principals and build a criss-cross education system.Classification and stratification training methods have formed a multi-participatory pattern for educating school principals.To make training for school principals in a more scientific and professional manner,it is important to strengthen the theoretical foundation,clarify subject relationships,innovate training models,evaluate training quality scientifically,and guide the training work of principals in primary and secondary schools with reasonable theories.
