摘  要:地方高校青年教师的课程领导力和课程权力的建构是提高课堂教学质量的关键,但是青年教师获得的课程权力较少,难以推动课程领导力的发挥,缺乏课程自主意识,课程主体地位有待复归,教师课程场域的合作意识淡薄,存在着封闭、自锁的现象。青年教师课程自主意识有待苏醒,课程主体地位有待复归,以形成课程实践示范力;在课程场域内建立课程发展共同体,以促进青年教师的课程多元角色的发展;扩大青年教师课程空间的自由,增加课程权力,构建民主、宽松的行政文化制度,保障课程领导力的执行与实践,以充分发挥课程价值引导力;教师要有课程文化自觉的意识,发挥课程文化引领力。The construction of curriculum leadership and curriculum rights of young teachers in local colleges and universities is the key to improving the quality of classroom teaching.However,young teachers have less curriculum rights and it is difficult to promote the development of curriculum leadership.Young teachers lack the consciousness of curriculum autonomy,and the subject status of curriculum needs to be restored.The cooperation consciousness of teachers in the curriculum field is weak,and there are closed and self-locking phenomena.In order to form the demonstration power of curriculum practice,young teachers need to wake up the consciousness of curriculum autonomy and regain the subject status of curriculum.The curriculum development community should be established in the curriculum field to promote the development of young teachers'multi-roles in the curriculum.Universities should expand the freedom of curriculum space of young teachers,increase curriculum rights,build a democratic and relaxing administrative culture system,ensure the implementation and practice of curriculum leadership,so as to give full play to the guiding force of curriculum value.Teachers should have the consciousness of curriculum culture and exert the leading power of curriculum culture.
