摘　　要：随着全球化的深入发展,高等教育国际化已成为不可逆转的趋势。在这一背景下,研究生教育作为培养高层次人才的重要途径,其质量直接关系到国家未来的竞争力。研究生导师作为研究生教育的关键角色,其专业伦理水平对研究生的学术成长和职业发展具有深远影响。本文旨在探讨研究生导师专业伦理的内涵、伦理责任及其提升策略,以期提高研究生教育质量。With the deepening of globalization,the internationalization of higher education has become an irreversible trend.In this context,graduate education,as an important way to cultivate high-level talents,has a direct impact on the country's future competitiveness in terms of its quality.As a key role in graduate education,the professional ethics level of graduate supervisors has a profound impact on the academic growth and career development of graduate students.This article aims to explore the connotation,ethical responsibility,and improvement strategies of professional ethics for graduate supervisors,in order to enhance the quality of graduate education.
