摘  要:加快实施创新驱动发展战略,实现高水平科技自立自强,关键在于高水平科技人才。党的二十大报告首次将教育、科技、人才“三位一体”统筹部署,高校作为三者的交汇点,在基础研究人才培养上发挥着主力军作用。在教育、科技、人才一体化视域下,采用行为事件访谈法对22位浙江省属高校基础研究人才进行实地访谈,以扎根理论方法对访谈文本进行分析,构建高校基础研究人才胜任力模型。研究结果丰富了胜任力相关的理论研究,为高校基础研究人才的选拔、培育、考核、评价提供参考标准,同时也为推进教育、科技、人才一体化战略实施提供现实依据。The key to accelerating the implementation of the innovation-driven development strate⁃gy and achieving high-level technological self-reliance and self-improvement lies in high-level technological talents.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China for the first time maps out education,technology,and talent as a whole,with universities,as the intersection of the three,playing the major role in the cultivation of basic research talents.This study,from the integrated perspective,has emplyed Behavioral Event Interview to 22 basic re⁃search talents from provincial universities and analyzed the contents of the interview using ground⁃ed theory to construe a competency model for basic research talents in universities.The model en⁃riches the theoretical research related to competency,and provides criteria for selecting,cultivat⁃ing,assessing,and evaluating basic research talents in universities,and the basis for promoting the implementation of the strategy of integrating education,technology,and talent.
