摘　　要：为进行妇产科住培教学改革,提升妇产科住培医生的综合素质和实践能力,文章通过文献总结并分析当前妇产科住培现状,按照国家《关于加强医学教育工作提高医学教育质量的若干意见》,结合笔者在教学大赛中的具体做法,提出以病例为导向,采用沉浸式情景模拟教学、以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)等多种教学法在妇产科住培理论教学中的应用;建议采用分层培养模式进行妇产科人才实践能力的培养,以满足不同层次人才的成长需要。为提高医学人才培养质量,加强妇产科人才队伍的建设,在理论教学及临床实践能力培养中挖掘、提炼妇产科课程中所蕴含的思政元素,推进妇产科教学模式改革,高质量地完成妇产科住培教育工作,以期更好地完成培训目标,满足新时代人才培养需要。In order to reform the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology residency training and improve the comprehensive quali ty and prac t ica l abil i ty of obstetrics and gynecology residency training doctors,this article reviews literature and analyzes the current situation of obstetrics and gynecology residency training.According to the national Several Opinions on Strengthening Medical Education and Improving the Quality of Medical Education,combined with the author's specific practices in the teaching competition,it proposes the application of case oriented,immersive scenario simulation teaching,problem-based learning(PBL)and other teaching methods in the theoretical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology residency training.It is recommended to adopt a hierarchical training model to cultivate the practical abilities of obstetrics and gynecology talents,so as to meet the growth needs of talents at different levels.In order to improve the training quality of medical talents and strengthen the construction of obstetrics and gynecology talents,the ideological and political elements contained in obstetrics and gynecology courses are excavated and refined in the training of theoretical teaching and clinical practice ability,so as to promote the reform of obstetrics and gynecology teaching mode and complete the residential training education of obstetrics and gynecology with high quality,so as to better complete the training objectives and meet the needs of personnel training in the new era.
