摘　　要：实验室安全是高校日常工作中的重要一环,而教学实验室在人员、环境、物品、操作等方面均存在较大隐患。为了提高管理效率,细胞生物学与生物化学实验室系统分析了自身特点及实际问题,利用实验室搬迁契机,重新制定了实验室安全等级,并对仪器、试剂、耗材的使用进行了重新规划。配合门禁权限和信息化设备加强监督预警,矩阵式安全教育和定期安全自查提高安全氛围,初步形成了层次化安全管理体系,为高校开展教学实验室安全管理工作提供参考。Laboratory safety has been an important part of daily work in universities,and teaching laboratories have many deficiencies in personnel,environment,objects and operation.In order to improve the management efficiency,the cell biology and biochemistry laboratory systematically analyzes its own characteristics and problems.Taking advantage of the opportunity of relocation,the safety level of the laboratory is re-planned,and on this basis,the instruments,reagents and consumables are re-arranged.Through the entrance guard system and equipment to strengthen supervision,matrix safety education and regular self-examination to improve the safety atmosphere,a hierarchical safety management system has been preliminarily established,which provides a reference to carry out the safety management of teaching laboratories in universities.
