摘  要:工程实践教学改革既是高校推进工程实践教育高质量发展的关键行动,也是探索工程教育转型的必然路径。新世纪以来,高校工程实践教学改革作为工程教育领域开展的类型活动,依赖由资源、经验与制度建构的逻辑基础,取得了较突出的发展成效,但也生成了诸多改革隐忧。在工程教育持续探索深化的过程中,工程实践教学改革不仅触及高校工程教育在资源配置、经验整合及制度惯性等方面的核心矛盾,还揭开了改革发展的深层困境。为进一步深化新工科建设,消解工程实践教学改革隐忧,从协调改革的本体价值与工具价值的中间路径出发,整体性重构工程实践教学的资源、经验与制度体系,进而破解改革障碍、激发改革活力,实现以治理现代化来全面提升高校工程实践教学质量。The reform of engineering practice teaching is the key action to promote the high-quality development of engineering practice education in universities,and it is also the inevitable path to explore the transformation of engineering education.Since the new century,as a type of activity carried out in the field of engineering education,the reform of engineering practice teaching in universities has achieved outstanding development results by relying on the logical foundation of resources,experience and institutional construction,but it has also generated many hidden worries.In the process of continuous exploration and deepening of engineering education,the reformation has not only touched the core contradictions in resource allocation,experience integration and institutional inertia of engineering education,but also uncovered the deep dilemma of reform and development.In order to further deepen the construction of new engineering inuniversities and eliminate hidden worries about the reform of engineering practice teaching,the research studies the overall reconstruction of resources,experience and institutional system of engineering practice teaching from the middle path of coordinating the ontology value and tool value of reform,so as to break the obstacles of reform,stimulate the vitality of reform,and realize the comprehensive improvement of the quality of engineering practice teaching through governance modernization.
