摘  要:蓬勃发展的教育数字化时代彰显了数字技术与教育活动的深度融合。面对这一教育领域的深刻变革,秉持客观科学的数字意识、创新教育教学的数字能力、强化价值引领的数字责任成为思政课教师在教育数字化赛道下的重点方向。当前,发展思政课教师数字素养仍面临主体认知偏移、顶层设计乏力、培育研修失实等内外双重挑战。应对挑战,应激活人文关怀与理性自觉并存的主体意识,完善“框架引领-资源支撑-机制保障”的系统设计,构建分阶段、多形式、全覆盖的培训体系,全方位推动思政课教师数字素养升级,打造一支拥抱数字化发展成果、紧跟现代化建设需求、满足新时代社会需要的高素质思政课教师队伍。The flourishing era of digital education highlights the deep integration of digital technology and educational activities.In the face of profound changes in this field of education,adhering to objective and scientific digital awareness,innovating the digital ability of education and teaching,and strengthening value-oriented digital responsibility have become the key directions for ideological and political course teachers in the digital education track.Currently,the improvement of digital literacy of ideological and political course teachers still faces dual challenges both internally and externally,such as subjective cognitive shift,weak top-level design,and inaccurate cultivation and training.To cope with these challenges,we should activate the subjective consciousness of the coexistence of humanistic care and rational consciousness,improve the system design of"framework guidance-resource support-mechanism guarantee",build a phased,multi-form,and fully covered training system,comprehensively promote the upgrading of digital literacy of ideological and political course teachers,and build a high-quality ideological and political course teacher team that embraces the achievements of digital development,closely follows the requirements of modernization construction,and meets the needs of the new era society.
