高校学生管理过程中学生主体性偏离的影响机制研究——基于三所地方普通本科高校的扎根理论分析

摘　　要：高校学生管理过程中普遍存在对学生主体性的偏离现象。通过扎根理论分析发现,主体性偏离的影响因素可以从内部因素、外部因素、主体行动三个方面进行分析,具体包括观念预设、权力运作、法理确认、资源供给、管理行为以及学生参与六个影响因素,但各因素的作用方式和影响路径存在差异。基于此,提出增强学生在管理过程中的主体性,高校需转变学生管理理念,树立学生主体人管理观,保持学生管理过程中规制与自由之间的张力,加强学生权力制度化建设及完善教育经费投入与高校内部经费二次分配机制等。Taking three local universities as examples,this study aims to explore influencing factors of the deviation of students subjectivity in the process of student management.Through grounded theory analysis,it is found that the influencing mechanism of subjectivity deviation can be categorized into four aspects(internal factors,external factors,power operation,and subject action)and more specifically six factors(i.e.,concept presupposition,power operation,legal confirmation,resources offering,management behavior,and students participation).Meanwhile,there existed certain differences in the action mode and influence path between factors.Based on the findings,it is proposed that to improve students subjective status in higher education,we need to change the concept of students management,establish students management concept of“subject person”,maintain the tension between students management regulation and freedom,strengthen the institutionalization of students power,and improve the investment mechanism of education funds.
