摘 要:增强师德教育的实效性是师范院校深入推进师德教育亟待解决的重要问题,而结合学校实际形成自身师德教育理念是破解这一问题的关键途径。在中国高等教育史上西北联大师德教育理念具有典型性,它是在借鉴中国传统师德思想的基础上,由民国时期北京高等师范学校、北平师范大学师德教育一路发展而来的办学思想和特色。通过文献法和史料法研究发现,在抗战时期西北联大以李蒸、李建勋等为代表的教育家,充分认识到师德教育是师范教育发展的前提条件,以师范学院为主体,把国家和社会的师德要求与自身实际相结合形成学校师德教育理念并有效推动师德教育实践,积极探索并提出了以“养成国家观念”和“培养民族意识”为主旨、以品格修养比学识更重要为基本认识、以突出完全人格与专业精神为特征、以强化以德育德为重要思想等师德教育独具特色的办学理念,并以此为基础,开展了推进以德育德、加强学生生活训练、建立优良校风及师德文化的师德教育实践活动,取得了巨大成效并影响了整个西北联大的师德教育。To enhance the effectiveness of teachers’ethics education is an important problem to be solved in normal colleges,and the key way to solve this problem is to form their own ideas of teachers’ethics education in combination with the actual situation of schools.In the history of Chinese higher education,the concept of teachers’ethics education in Northwest Union University is quite typical.It was based on the traditional Chinese teachers’ethics thought and developed from the teachers’ethics education in Beijing Higher Normal School and Beiping Normal University during the Republic of China.Through the research of literature and historical materials,it has found that during the Anti-Japanese War,the Northwest Union University,with Li Zheng and Li Jianxun as the representative educators,fully realized that teacher ethics education was the prerequisite for the development of normal education.With normal colleges as the main body,the school combined the requirements of national and social ethics with its own reality to form the concept of teacher ethics education and effectively promote the practice of teacher ethics education.To actively explore and put forward the special educational concepts of teacher ethics education with the theme of“cultivating national concept”and“cultivating national consciousness”,the basic understanding that character cultivation is more important than knowledge,the characteristics of highlighting complete personality and professionalism,and the strengthening of moral ethics as an important thought,and on this basis,it had carried out practical activities such as promoting moral education,strengthening students’life training,establishing excellent school spirit and teacher ethics culture,and had achieved great results and affected the teacher ethics education in the whole Northwest Union University.
