摘　　要：随着“互联网+”时代的到来,高校日语人才培养面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。该研究聚焦于“互联网+”背景下高校日语人才培养中跨文化交际能力的培养,通过对当前人才培养现状的深入分析,探讨如何在互联网技术的辅助下,更有效地培养学生的跨文化交际能力。该文以“互联网+”背景下文化交融对日语人才培养的影响为基础,分析高校日语人才培养中跨文化交际能力的核心要素,并通过对高校日语人才培养中文化认知现状的研究,提出了“互联网+”背景下高校日语人才培养中跨文化交际能力培养的创新策略。该研究对丰富人才培养资源、创新人才培养模式、增强学生的文化敏感性、提高其跨文化交际能力,以及提升高校日语人才培养质量、培养具备国际视野的复合型人才具有重要意义。With the arrival of the era of"Internet+",Japanese talent training in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.This study focuses on the cultivation of intercultural communication competence in the cultivation of Japanese language talents in colleges and universities under the background of"Internet+".Through in-depth analysis of the current status of talent cultivation,this study discusses how to effectively cultivate students'intercultural communication competence with the help of Internet technology.Based on the influence of cultural blending on the cultivation of Japanese language talents under the background of"Internet+",this paper analyzes the core elements of intercultural communication competence in the cultivation of Japanese language talents in colleges and universities,and puts forward innovative strategies for the cultivation of intercultural communication competence in the cultivation of Japanese language talents in colleges and universities under the background of"Internet+"by studying the current situation of cultural cognition in the cultivation of Japanese language talents in colleges and universities.This study is of great significance for enriching talent cultivation resources,innovating talent cultivation models,enhancing students'cultural sensitivity,improving their cross-cultural communication skills,enhancing the quality of Japanese language talent cultivation in universities,and cultivating compound talents with international perspectives.
