基于成果导向的《工程造价管理》课程教学改革研究

摘　　要：遵循当前工程建设的基本要求与理念,优化完善整体的工程教学形式,推动教学改革的整体进程,该文提出对基于成果导向的《工程造价管理》课程教学改革方法,首先,简述《工程造价管理》课程教改现状,从顶层设计缺失,教学形式单一、理念融入不深刻,教学改革方向不明确以及教师团队专业素质不达标三个方面对课程教学改革存在问题进行探究。基于此,在成果导向的背景下,建立动态化成果导向教学形式,强化顶层设计,遵循教学需求,制定多层级成果导向教学目标,增加理念融合,定期进行教师团队专业培训,最终构建“成果导向型”智能化教学交互平台,完善教学过程,不断循环提升学生的综合实践能力。Follow the basic requirements and concept of the current engineering construction of,optimize the overall engineering teaching form,promote the overall process of teaching reform,this paper is based on the results of the engineering cost management course teaching reform method,first of all,about the engineering cost management curriculum teaching reform status,from the top design missing,single teaching form,concept into not deep,teaching reform direction is not clear and teachers team professional quality is not up to standard three aspects to explore the problems of course teaching reform.Based on this,under the background of achievement oriented,establish dynamic achievement oriented teaching form,strengthen the top-level design,follow the teaching requirements,develop multi-level achievement oriented teaching goal,increase idea fusion,regular teacher team professional training,eventually build“achievement oriented”intelligent teaching interactive platform,improve the teaching process,constantly circulation improve students'comprehensive practice ability.
