摘　　要：弹簧振子的周期公式是高中物理简谐运动中的一个重要概念,弹簧振子的周期公式可类比单摆周期公式,公式推导对于记忆是有帮助的,也可以开拓自己的思维,有别于大部分推导需用到大学积分和微分方程,过程较复杂,同时中学生难以理解,本文仅采用高中数学中的椭圆方程和求导即可得到.Spring Zhenzi cycle formula is an important concept in the high school physical and harmonious movement.The cycle formula of the spring vibration is analogy to the single-blooming cycle formula.The formula derivation is helpful for memory and can develop its own thinking.Developing university points and differential equations requires complicated processes.At the same time,it is difficult for middle school students to understand.This article only uses the elliptical equation and guidance of high school mathematics to get it.
