摘　　要：德国“双元制”职业教育模式对技能人才培养具有显著作用。对此,在分析德国“双元制”职业教育发展现状、本土化实践困境的基础上,提出本土化实践优化建议,以期为今后我国职业教育改革提供参考和借鉴。The German dual system of vocational education plays a significant role in the cultivation of skilled talents.In this regard,based on an analysis of the current development status of Germany’s dual vocational education and the challenges faced in localization practices,this paper proposed suggestions for optimizing localization practices,with the aim of providing references and insights for future reforms in vocational education in China.
