摘　　要：行业产教融合共同体是产教融合新型组织形态,组织生态学对于行业产教融合共同体建设借鉴意义较大。依据组织生态学理论,行业产教融合共同体具有多元性、贯通性、持久性的价值。目前,行业产教融合共同体发展存在合作文化缺失、信息沟通不畅、利益分配不明等现实挑战,有必要基于组织生态学理论,通过强化共建共享文化、拓宽信息沟通渠道、优化利益分配体系等路径,推动行业产教融合共同体持续发展。Industry-education integration community in industry is a new organizational form of industry-education integration.Organizational ecology is of great reference significance for the construction of industry-education integration community in industry.According to the theory of organizational ecology,industry-education integration community in industry has the value of diversity,coherence and persistence.There are practical challenges in the development of industry-education integration community in industry,such as lack of cooperation culture,poor information communication and unclear benefit distribution.It is necessary to promote the sustainable development of industry-education integration community in industry by strengthening co-construction and sharing culture,broadening information communication channels and optimizing benefit distribution system based on the theory of organizational ecology.
