摘 要:目的评价基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念的临床沟通能力课程教学效果,并对今后的课程优化提出新的思路。方法以某医科大学2020级医学检验技术专业学生为研究对象,通过调查问卷了解OBE对临床沟通能力课程教学效果的评价,通过考核了解学生对课程内容的掌握情况。结果课程整体满意率在95%以上,学生对与在学课程相关的临床案例更加感兴趣,理论考核成绩呈正态分布。结论该课程整体满意度较高,后续教师将根据实践经验和学生反馈意见不断优化课程设计以培养学生具备更好的临床沟通能力。Objective To explore the evaluation of the teaching effect of clinical communication competence course based on the outcome based education(OBE)concept,and to propose new ideas for future course optimization.Methods Taking the 2020 cohort of medical laboratory technology students from a medical university as the research subject,the research conducted a survey questionnaire to understand the evaluation of the teaching effect of clinical communication competence course,and gained insights into the students'mastery of the course content through examinations.Results The overall satisfaction rate of the course was above 95%,with students showing greater interest in the clinical cases related to the course in progress,and the theoretical assessment scores are normally distributed.Conclusion The overall satisfaction rate of this course is high,and the instructors will continue to optimize the course design according to the practical experience and students'feedback in order to cultivate students with better clinical communication skills.
