摘  要:高等职业教育的主要使命是为社会经济的发展输送高技能素质的专业人才。在高等职业技术教育中,学生的专业道德和专业技能是评估其职业技能的关键指标。因此,有必要在高职教育领域中,探讨如何提升学生的职业素质和专业技能,旨在促进高职教育系统性的革新与持续进步。首先,经过文献探究与剖析,洞悉职业素养与核心能力的关键含义与特点,继而从理论探索与操作实践两方面,构建以培育职业素养与核心能力为核心的高职学生教育模式,最后探讨培养模式的效果评估及启示。The main mission of higher vocational education is to transport high-skilled professional talents for the development of social economy.In higher vocational and technical education,students’professional ethics and professional skills are the key indicators to evaluate their professional skills.Therefore,it is necessary to explore how to improve students’professional quality and professional skills in the field of higher vocational education,aiming at promoting the systematic innovation and continuous progress of higher vocational education.First of all,the key meanings and characteristics of professional quality and core competence are understood through literature exploration and analysis.Then,the education model of higher vocational students centered on cultivating professional quality and core competence is constructed from two aspects of theoretical exploration and operational practice.Finally,the effect evaluation and enlightenment of the training mode are discussed.
