摘  要:实施“人才强企”战略,针对新时期青年员工成长发展现状、规律和特点,探索建立“师带徒”跟踪培育模式,传承弘扬石油精神、劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神,引领青年员工学练技能岗位成才。做好青年员工职业生涯规划,搭建成长成才的“绿色通道”,促进青年员工成长为“一专多能”的复合型青年人才,培养造就知识型技能型创新型产业工人队伍,为石油石化行业实现高质量发展提供坚实人才保障和技能支撑。In order to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important directives on the reform of the industrial workforce,his key ideas on youth work,and his significant discourse on talent development,this paper explores the implementation of the“talent-driven enterprise”strategy.It examines the establishment of a mentorship-based performance tracking and development model,aimed at creating a“green channel”for young employees to achieve job proficiency.The initiative encourages young workers to become versatile and well-rounded professionals,fostering a knowledge-based,skilled,and innovative workforce.This approach is designed to provide solid talent support and skill reinforcement for the high-quality development of the petrochemical industry.
