摘 要:在区域经济社会一体化发展背景下,网络化治理是契合长三角高等教育一体化的治理模式。在网络化治理视角下,长三角高等教育一体化的实质是基于公共价值和共同利益,构建长三角高等教育多元治理主体深度参与并积极合作共享的网络治理体系。长三角高等教育网络化治理具备多元主体深度参与、追求公共价值理念、要素资源整合共享、建立长效合作机制的内在逻辑架构。可从调动多元主体搭建治理框架、明确发展目标深化治理内涵、加强创新驱动促进资源共享、完善合作机制发挥网络化治理的合作本质等方面推进长三角高等教育网络化治理,以此促进长三角高等教育一体化发展进程。In the context of regional economic and social integration,networked governance has become a governance model that is suitable for higher education integration in the Yangtze River Delta.From the perspec⁃tive of networked governance,the essence of the integration of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta is to construct a networked governance system in which multiple governance entities of higher education deeply par⁃ticipate and actively cooperate and share based on public values and common interests.The networked gover⁃nance of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta has an inherent logical framework of deep participation from multiple entities,pursuit of public values,integration and sharing of factor resources,and establishment of long-term cooperation mechanisms.Therefore,the network governance of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta can be promoted by mobilizing multiple entities to build a governance framework,clarifying development goals to deepen governance connotation,strengthening innovation driven promotion of resource sharing,and im⁃proving cooperation mechanisms to play the cooperative nature of networked governance,thus promote the inte⁃grated development process of higher education in the Yangtze River Delta region.
