摘 要:园本课程创生能力是彰显幼儿教师专业素养的标志之一。为探究幼儿园教师园本课程创生能力的结构、水平及差异,采用访谈法及问卷法对幼儿园教师的园本课程创生能力结构进行划分及验证,并对400名幼儿园教师进行调查。结果发现:幼儿园教师园本课程创生能力包括观察与记录能力、学习与运用能力、资源整合与利用能力、合作与交流能力、评价与反思能力、创新与应变能力6个维度;沈阳市幼儿园教师园本课程创生能力总体水平良好,在不同教龄、不同职务、不同园所等级上具有显著差异。基于调查结果,提出以下建议:重视制度建设,建立全面的课程创生保障机制;培养园本文化,创建平等合作的创生氛围;赋权增能,提升教师课程参与自主权。Kindergarten-based curriculum creation ability is a key indicator of preschool teachers'professional quality.This study explores the structure,levels,and diferences in preschool teachers'creative abilities related to curriculum development through interviews and questionnaires involving 400 teachers.The findings reveal that the creative ability encompasses six dimensions:observation and recording,learning and application,resource integration and utilization,cooperation and communication,evaluation and reflection,as well as innovation and adaptability.Overall,Shenyang's kindergarten teachers demonstrate good curriculum creation abilities;however,significant differences exist based on teaching experience,positions held,and kindergarten levels.Based on these results,several recommendations are made:prioritize system construction to establish a comprehensive support mechanism for curriculum creation;foster a garden-based culture that encourages equal collaboration;empower teachers by enhancing their autonomy in participating in curriculumdevelopment.
