摘 要:在“三教”改革背景下,传统复合型技术技能人才培养模式已经无法满足职业教育和新质生产力的高质量发展要求。研究了校企双方共同开展双师型师资队伍培养的建设路径,探讨了融入企业项目、产品案例的新型活页式、工作手册式教材的编写路径,拓展了利用数字化、信息化和AI智能化等技术手段开展教法改革的应用路径。致力于培养学生成为既懂理论基础知识又熟练掌握操作技能,同时还具备创新能力和创业意识的复合型技术技能人才,为产业转型升级塑造新质生产力提供服务。Under the background of the"Three Education"reform,the traditional model of cultivating composite technical and skilled talents is no longer able to meet the high-quality development requirements of vocational education and new productive forces.This article studies the path of jointly cultivating a dual teacher team and building a school enterprise mixed teacher teaching innovation team by both schools and enterprises.It explores the path of integrating enterprise projects and product case writing into new loose leaf and work manual style textbooks,and expands the application path of using digital,information,and AI intelligence technologies to carry out teaching method reform.It is proposed that we should cultivate students to become composite technical and skilled talents who not only understand theoretical knowledge but also master operational skills,possess innovation ability and entrepreneurial awareness,and serve the transformation and upgrading of industries to shape new quality productive forces.
