生态文明视域下高职院校“生态人”培育研究

摘　　要：生态文明是人类阶段发展的新型文明,建设生态文明大力发展绿色经济是化解生态危机的根本之策。职业教育与经济发展紧密相连,高职院校培育新型文明主体承担者“生态人”是时代赋予的全新使命。培养“生态人”要明确培养要求,确定教育内容,创新培养方法与途径,即完善生态素养通识课程体系建设、探索绿色技能多元化教育体系、创建绿色校园文化育人体系、建立绿色低碳发展实践育人体系,从而建构具有鲜明高职特色的“生态人”育人体系,为我国生态文明建设和绿色经济发展提供坚实的人才支撑和智力保障。Ecological civilization is a new type of civilization in the development of the human stage.Building ecological civilizatio n and vigorously developing green economy are the fundamental solutions to ecological crisis.Vocational education is closely linked with ec onomic development.Cultivating new types of civilized subjects as"Eco-man"in higher vocational colleges is a new mission bestowed by the times.To cultivate"Eco-man",it is necessary to clarify the training requirements,determine the education content,and innovate the training methods and approaches,that is,to improve the construction of the curriculum system of ecological literacy,explore the diversified education system o f green skills,create a green campus culture education system,and establish a green and low-carbon development practical education system.Thus,the"Eco-man"education system with distinctive higher vocational characteristics is constructed to provide solid talent support and intellectual guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization and the development of green economy in our country.
