摘 要:职业院校作为培养应用型创新人才的摇篮,承担着“为党育人、为国育才”的历史使命,亟须探索思政教育与创新创业融合的新路径。基于此,结合职业院校的特点诠释“思创融合”的内涵是在“思想政治教育+创新创业教育”基础上“专业思维能力+创新创业教育”的深度交融。为此,从认知维度、情感维度、意志维度、行为维度四个维度,构建了职业院校融合“知情意行”的阶梯渐进式“思创融合”人才培养模式,同时提出了“学校+企业+平台”三位一体系统的“思创融合”实施方案,以期培养出一批既具深厚专业素养,又富有强烈创新创业精神,且人格完善、全面发展的新时代复合型人才。As the cradle of cultivating application-oriented innovative talents,vocational colleges undertake the historical mission of"educating people for the Party and the country",and urgently need to explore a new path of integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship.Based on this,combined with the characteristics of vocational colleges,the connotation of"integration of ideology and entrepreneurship"is the deep integration of"professional thinking ability+innovation and entrepreneurship education"on the basis of"ideological and political education+innovation and entrepreneurship education".To this end,a step-by-step and progressive"integration of ideology and entrepreneurship"talent training model has been constructed from four dimensions:knowledge,emotion,will power and practice.The"school+enterprise+platform"trinity system of"integration of ideology and entrepreneurship"implementation plan has been proposed,aiming to cultivate a group of new era compound talents who not only have profound professional qualities,but also strong innovation and entrepreneurship spirit,complete personality,and comprehensive development.
