摘 要:目的 调查五年制高职护生职业认同的现状,并对其影响因素进行分析,为职业素养的提升提供参考。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法抽取712名护理专业一年级至四年级在校学生,应用一般资料问卷、护生职业认同量表和学业自我效能感量表进行问卷调查,采用多元线性回归分析了解护生职业认同的影响因素。结果 五年制高职护生职业认同总分为(62.76±10.74)分;五年制高职护生学业自我效能感总分及各维度得分与职业认同总分及各维度得分均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.01);多元线性回归分析显示,低年级、有敬仰的护理前辈(或教师)、因为自己喜欢选择护理专业、有明确职业规划和对职业规划有一定想法、学习能力自我效能感和学习行为自我效能感对职业认同有正向预测作用(P<0.05)。结论 五年制高职护生的职业认同处于中等水平,且受年级、就读护理专业原因、有无敬仰的护理前辈(或教师)、职业规划情况及学业自我效能感等多种因素影响。Objective To investigate the status of professional identity among nursing students of five-year higher vocational education and analyze its influencing factors,providing reference for the improvement of professional ethics.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 712 nursing students from Grade one to Grade four.A questionnaire survey was conducted with General Information Questionnaire,Nursing Professional Identity Scale,and Academic Self-efficacy Scale.Multiple linear regression analysis was used to learn the influencing factors of nursing students'professional identity.Results The total score of professional identity for nursing students of five-year higher vocational education was(62.76±10.74)score.The total score and various dimensions of academic self-efficacy of nursing students of five-year higher vocational education are significantly positively correlated with the total score and various dimensions of professional identity(P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that lower grades,having respected nursing seniors(or teachers),preference for choosing nursing majors,clear career planning and certain ideas about career planning,self-efficacy in learning ability and learning behavior have a positive predictive effect on career identity(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional identity of nursing students of five-year higher vocational education is at a moderate level and is influenced by various factors such as grade,motivation for studying nursing,the presence or absence of respected nursing seniors(or teachers),career planning,and academic self-efficacy.
