摘　　要：在厘清新时代高校科研评价内涵与要求的基础上,归纳总结当前高校科研评价面临的问题与挑战。充分考虑现代信息技术给科研评价带来的理念创新和方法创新,从多元化评价、综合性评价、常态化评价、智能化评价四个维度,归纳了数据驱动下高校科研评价的价值取向;以S大学为例,从科研评价回归学术化、评价模式多元化、评价工具智能化、评价队伍专业化四个方面提出数据驱动下的高校科研评价优化路径。On the basis of clarifying the connotation and requirements of scientific research evaluation in universities in the new era,this paper summarizes its problems and challenges.Fully consider the conceptual and methodological innovations brought by modern information technology,this paper summarizes the value orientation of data-driven scientific research evaluation in universities from four dimensions:diversified evaluation,comprehensive evaluation,normalized evaluation,and intelligent evaluation.Taking S University as an example,this paper proposes a data-driven optimization path for scientific research evaluation in universities from four aspects:return of academic research evaluation,diversification of evaluation modes,intelligence of evaluation tools,and professionalization of evaluation teams.
