摘 要:在数字化转型的背景下,中小学教师的数字胜任力提升及其评价成为教育改革的重要议题。基于《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》及《教师数字素养》教育行业标准,以上海市中小学教师高级职称评审为实证案例,分析教师数字胜任力的现实困境,给出提升策略及构建评价机制的建议,以期进一步提高教育评价的科学性和有效性,助力中小学教师数字胜任力提升,适应教育数字化转型的需求。Under the background of digital transformation,improving and evaluating the digital competence of primary and secondary school teachers has become a crucial topic in educational reform.This study uses teacher title evaluation in Shanghai as a case study,aiming to analyze the current dilemmas and improvement paths of teachers'digital competence,and construct the evaluation mechanism based on the Overall Plan for Deepening Education Evaluation Reform in the New Era and industrial standards of Teachers'Digital Literacy.The goal is to further enhance the scientificity and effectiveness of educational evaluation,support the improvement of digital competence of primary and secondary school teachers in order to meet the demands of educational digital transformation.
